Live out landlord. We are looking for short term renting room of our house for up to 3months. It is a 4 bedroom house, and we will be back on occasional weekends. We have a double bedroom, so a young professional like ourselves would work well. We currently have a lodger, a young professional female who is tidy and friendly and been with us for 6m.
