There are lots of period features and everything is to a high standard.

A weekly clean of the communal areas is included, but tenants must be of like mind with the current tenants who are clean and tidy with a good work ethic.

There is a lockable bike shed and bin store outside.

Batheaston High St, with bus stop just a few yards away to take you into Bath, usually taking about 10 to 15 minutes. Local shops, Post Office, newsagent, small supermarket, pubs, hairdresser etc within 2 minutes walk. Good position for those working in Corsham, Bradford on Avon, Chippenham etc but wanting to live close to Bath, or needing easy access to the M4.

My daughter also has a room in her lovely, modern, 2 bed cottage close by. Private location just off the high street. £750 pm all inclusive, with garden. You must like dogs as she has two small ones (one is a Pomeranian, very small)
