Lovely room in Batheaston

I am looking for someone to replace me in this lovely house in Batheaston as I have received an opportunity in London and need to move fairly soon.

It's a really lovely top-floor room in a very spacious, four bedroom, recently renovated property with gas central heating.

All bills, and a weekly clean is included in the rental amount.

There are two bathrooms (one on the 1st floor and one on the 2nd) as well as a separate toilet on the ground floor. There is also a secure place to lock your bicycle.

There is a weekly clean of the communal areas included in the rent.

The property is situated on High Street with a bus stop a few yards away which will take you directly into Bath centre (10-15 min ride). There are local shops, supermarkets, post offices, pubs, a dentist, and hairdressers within walking distance.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, 2 bedside tables, desk, and wardrobe.
