Double Room to Rent: BA1 - £300 pcm

Hi, my name is Tiley (current tenant). I'm moving out of the property (I've lived here for nearly 4years) so I’m looking for a professional person to take my place in a shared 3 bedroom flat in Larkhall. You would lucky enough to be joining two professionals one male, one female who are, in my not so neutral opinion, a hoot :)

Looking for another professional.
6 month minimum contract for a light, double bedroom in a shared ground floor homely flat.

The communal area offers a large living room, with balcony, a generously sized kitchen, which includes a fridge freezer, electric hob and oven washing machine and dishwasher.

This is a double room - which is decorated a lovely light grey colour. The room and flat is an unfurnished tenancy, but some of the flat is furnished with stuff that belongs to the other housemates.

The flat is located conveniently close to the regular bus service into Bath city centre, alternatively, walking takes around 30 minutes. Larkhall is a few minutes walk away, with local pubs, shops, and cafes.

The building has parking available, lawns and overlooks a stream.

The room comes unfurnished and costs £300 per calendar month, not including your share of utility bills.
A £300 deposit is also required.
Bills are around just under £100 a month all-in (in the winter months).
Bills include- Fast broadband, Water, Energy, Council Tax.

We are unable to accept students or pets.
References needed.
