I am a live-in landlady. The available room is large, approximately 503cm x 275 cm (16.5 ft x 9ft) with windows at both ends of the room making it light and airy. There is a double wardrobe with large drawers underneath. A bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and a desk with chair. There is a light and airy kitchen/diner with a gas cooker a large fridge freezer, microwave and a washing machine. Also a large garden which is bright and sunny when the sun is shining. The property is close to supermarkets and bus services including university buses or a level walk into the city either along the river or main road. The local hospital (RUH) is within walking distance as is Oldfield Park railway station and Moorland Rd shops and cafes. I am a quiet and friendly person living in a quiet and friendly area. This is a female only home with no overnight guests please but visitors are welcome. Please feel free to contact if you have any questions. I'm afraid Google maps does not have the Pin location of the property correct and it cannot be moved. The property is beyond the end carpark and along the footpath.
