2 rooms available to rent

Small room available to rent with access to kitchen, sitting room, garden, bathroom.
The new kitchen extension is nearly finished with just a couple of finishing touches needing to be done. A sofa bed will be added as well as a TV and anothwr sofa bed in the sitting room There is also a new tumbledryer. The garden is still a work in progress but will hopefully be finished in a few weeks.

Both rooms are be furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe and chest of draws and both rooms have locks on them I have updated pictures of the room available to show current state without furniture in as just had new carpet put in.

Bedroom 1 is the bigger room on the ground floor. Currently taken

Bedroom 2 is the smaller one on the top floor overlooking the garden.

Also exploring the idea of making it into a kind of games room as well so there will be a variety of consoles and games available to play if wanted or you can just use as a normal TV there will also be beanbags if this goes ahead.

There is a lidl, macdonalds, pc world and marks and Spencers about 5 minute walk from the house

30/45 mins to walk into town and except for the 10 paces of hill at the very beginning it's all flat.

You can park on the street but may have to go to the end of the road to get a space.
