Lovely Double Room For Rent

Hi, I’m Libby and I live with my boyfriend, Lewis and we’re looking for someone rent our spare room.

I’m a professional working as an Operations and Marketing Manager for a Craft Brewery. Lewis is a self employed sales consultant and both 9-5ers. We are a fun loving, 36-year-old couple and looking for someone that thinks they would enjoy sharing our space.

I have a 7-year-old cat called Mowgli, who spends most of his time out-side or indoors sleeping.

I have a well presented, double room to let within a period, Georgian, terraced house, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac close to Costa coffee on the lower Bristol Road. The double room available has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers with a view of the back garden. There is a fully functional kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area has dining table and chairs with the window over-looking the back garden. The lounge has bay windows, tv and sofas. The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath, a toilet and sink. The back garden is south-west facing so the sun shines all day, plus a shed where a bike can be stored.

The house is conveniently located next to the linear path and it’s only a 20 minute walk into the city-centre. Sainsbury's, Lidl and Marks and Spencers food hall are all within close walking distance with Oldfield Park train station just 10 minutes walk away. There is permit street parking on the road, so there is plenty of space if you have a car.

We have a good social life so often busy, but do like to chill out at home when not working/have the time and also enjoy occasionally having friends round. We’re clean and tidy and like to keep on top of the house chores.

I’ve house-shared before and always been lucky with who I have lived with. Both respectful of peoples’ need for space whilst happy to socialise if company is wanted. There are no rules, just an agreed mutual respect for each other.

The rent is £700 PCM, which includes bills and available from the 1st July. I would require one month rent upfront and a £500 damage deposit that will be placed in a bond scheme.
