Double room to rent in lovely Bath home

Hey I’m Izzy, and I’m looking to rent out my spare room to a tidy and respectful lodger. Rent is £550 per month inclusive of all bills (this includes fiber-optic internet and household sundries). The house is fully equipped with all kitchen items, and even has a dishwasher! There is a lovely enclosed garden out the back, with a shed which can be used for bike storage. It’s about a 30 minute walk into town, very close to the bus stop, and there is plenty of free on-street parking if you have a car.

About me - I work for the Environment Agency, am vegetarian, and enjoy yoga, outdoor activities, listening to music, and going out for drinks. I’d like to live with a like minded person and it would be great if we could hang out in the evenings, but it’s also fine if you want to keep to yourself.
