Single Furnished Room and Bills

I live alone in a two bedroom flat 3km from the centre of Bath. To me, this is the best of both worlds in that I live a healthy walk from the city centre, healthy proximity to the countryside and convenient distance to the M4 without having to drive through Bath’s traffic.

I’m a chartered building surveyor and a semi-professional horse racing punter who sometimes works from home, in Bristol and around the south of England. I hold the enhanced DBS clearance as my work sometimes takes me to schools. I am unvaccinated and I plan to stay that way. Those with profiles and who are unvaccinated are preferred.

I let lodgers get on with their lives but I expect them to have some sort of life outside of their room; reasonable levels of hygiene, cleanliness and hygiene.
