I’m female PhD student at the Uni of Bath looking for a female student or young professional to move into our fully furnished 2 bedroom cottage.
As I’m gone all day for work, I consider our cottage a quiet place to rest. I’m easy going and mostly watch Netflix. On weekends I’m gone exploring the surrounding areas. Smoking and partying will not be allowed.
The available room has two build-in closets, one wardrobe, one chest, a dresser, nightstand and double bed with mattress. The house has a living/dining area, a sitting room, kitchen and bathroom (modern wet room) and two bedrooms upstairs.
Move in date is 1. July
rent: £575pm with up to £47 bills (no agency fees!)
location: the cottage is located across from Walcot Parade down the hill by the Bath Canoe Club, 15min walk to city centre, 25min walk to University of Bath, 5min walk to nearest bus station, 5min walk to nearest supermarket
