Double bedroom in two bedroom flat, Bath

Double room available in spacious two bedroom apartment, walking distance to the centre of Bath. To share with one female professional. The apartment is part of a beautiful old Georgian house with great views. It has a large lounge/dining room, large kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower, dishwasher, washing machine, double oven and gas hobs, gas central heating, off street parking and a garage. It's a lovely walk into Bath along the canal, which takes 20-30 minutes, or there is also a bus stop very close by.
There are large fitted wardrobes in the bedroom, but you would need to provide your own bed and mattress for the room. I'm happy to help with flat pack furniture building though :-)
It's a two bedroom apartment, rented through an agency on a shared tenancy. My current flatmate is moving to London. I'm looking to share with someone clean and tidy, aged between 22 - 45, sociable, must share wine :-) I work in accounts/finance, and I'm into snowboarding/skiing, running, Pilates, travelling.
Rent for the double room is £525 pcm (paid directly to the letting agency) and bills are usually £142 pcm per person or less (council tax, gas, electricity, wifi, water), so £667 pcm altogether. Or if you would prefer the larger double room which has three built in double wardrobes and dressing table with drawers, the rent is £575 pcm.
Available 1st Sept. The apartment is rented on a yearly lease. The letting agency require two month's notice to end the lease early. There is a one off agency fee of £50.
