Double room with a view in Weston

Large double room available in spacious first floor flat in Weston, Bath.

The advertised bedroom is the largest of the three, and enjoys a beautiful view over Weston and the surrounding countryside. The room comes with a desk, but is otherwise unfurnished.

The flat itself is at the top of a gorgeous old building with its own gated courtyard and views from the large sash windows over Weston and the edge of Bath, which make it a very pleasant place to be.

The kitchen and living room are both large and bright, with plenty of storage space and room to relax. The bin shed downstairs has space to store bikes, and cars can be parked on the road outside, overlooked by our kitchen.

I'm Simon, leaving the flat. Ben, a cycle courier, is in the smaller room. Harriet, a book binder, is in the middle room. It's Harriet whose phone number is listed here, and who'll be responding to any messages.

Weston is a great place to live - well served by regular buses (or a 5 min drive/10 min cycle) into the city centre, but on the edge of Bath so surrounded by green countryside. The flat is ideally located for the Royal United Hospital, which is literally across the road.

Also within walking distance are Tesco, a post office and corner shop, a cafe, dentist, and two charity shops, three hairdressers, Indian, Chinese, and fish and chip takeaways, a playing field, car garage...

We're quite open regarding our new flatmate - as long as you're a friendly, house-trained adult (takes the bins out, does housework without being asked, pays bills on time etc) we'd love to hear from you!

Bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax, and internet) currently work out at ~£75/month per person - bargain!
