Newly Refurbished Double En-suite

We've just finished a refurbishment of a 4 bedroom house (maisonette) in South Bath. 3 out of 4 rooms have now been taken and we're looking to fill the final double ensuite.

The house is a few minutes walk from the shops and about 20 minutes into town. The house is occupied by professionals and we're looking to add another (preferably female) housemate.

This is a high quality house share with good space and. furnishings. It's kept to a high standard and we're looking for someone who will appreciate that. It's not a party house.

There's a decked low maintenance garden, shared kitchen / communal area and each bedroom is an double ensuite.

The room can be furnished or unfurnished.

The bills are not included but should be very low as the house has a new boiler and is very well insulated. It's also in a relatively cheap council tax bracket.
