Single room, in a lovely secluded location , we have good internet access , there's a good public transport service , but ideally someone who owns a car would be good too! , there are three rooms within the home, with beautiful gardens , both front and rear , we would accept a professional person , someone in full time employment , but we would not entertain anyone claiming benefits...the home is a clean , and happy home , ideal for someone who likes peace and quiet , after a hard days work , we are very close to the Odd Down Park and Ride and there's a large Sainsbury's less than 6 minutes away! 🙂 please note , we would require at least two references!...initially the room would be let , on a 3 to 6 month's basis!...due to the current covid 19 pandemic , we will not be letting the room before , January 1st , 2022 ,, as the landlady and the other lodger are key workers in the health care sector , we are willing and open to applicants , who share an interest in the room.
