Room in Sulis Meadows Odd Down

We have a lovely room in our 3 bed house 
On the outskirts of Odd Down. 5 mins walk to park and ride main bus routes doctors and Large Sainsburys and very close to countryside walks.
Looking for quiet sensible tidy and trustworthy female . There are two toilets and a shower/bath. The room has a tv.
Must like dogs as have a labrador whom does not go upstairs.
I work mornings and then go out all afternoon with our labrador and some other dogs that i walk but do not live with us.
My daughter is at Uni.
