Bright Double Room In Friendly Houseshare

Due to a change in personal circumstances I'm looking for someone to take over my lovely double room. The contract will be until August 2020 and then one month rolling from then on. The rent is £410 paid directly to the very friendly landlord each month, then bills are between £80-£100 and paid by the housemates collectively.

The room is bright and spacious, offering a double bed (with storage underneath), double wardrobe and chest of draws.
There is a shared newly refurbished kitchen, fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer and everything else you would need, so ideal for moving in straight away with low cost! There is a shared living room with additional storage, and a newly refurbished bathroom. We also have a lovely balcony/ terrace area with garden table, bbq and swing ball!

Location is great with transport links within 5mins walk. There is a Tesco 10 mins walk away and it takes around 30 mins to walk into Bath city centre. There is free parking on the road and a space outside the house always!

The house is currently made up of young professionals, 2 girls and 1 boy. Everyone has busy schedules but like to make time to socialise together as and when possible!
