The room is furnished with a desk, a small set of drawers, built in hanging space and shelving. There’s no bed, however the room easily fits a double. There is space to move any unwanted furniture.
The house is a spacious 3 bedroom semi spread over 4 floors with a bright living room, two bathrooms (one recently renovated) and spacious kitchen (with dishwasher!) leading out into the garden. Parking is available with a permit at an extra cost if necessary.
It’s a 15 minute walk from the centre of town, with Morrison’s and some lovely pubs/bars within a 5 minute walk.
Rent is all inclusive of bills, even TV licence!
This is a easy going house, who enjoy the occasional communal dinner, deliveroo, movie night or weekend adventure.
