Furnished/Unfurnished Double room in terrace house

Double room with great view available in terrace house, 20 min walk from Bath centre and very close to public transport. House has lots of space with a big bathroom and living area. There is also lots of storage space under the house with perfect place for storing bikes. additionally, we are in the free parking zone so street paraking is available at no cost.

Available mid-February/March. My current roommate is moving overseas and he hasnt got exact dates that he is moving out (I will update this when I know exact dates). The lease is up end of March however we are on good terms with the owner and may be able to start a new lease slightly earlier with you on it from when you move in. Room is unfurnished but my current flatmate is looking to sell the desk, bed and warddrobe in the room if you want it. You will need to sort this out with him. Otherwise the house has fridge/freezer, washing machine and fully stocked kitchen.

Looking for PhD student or Proffessional working in Bath, preferably male. I am a 28 year old Australaian, postdoctoral researcher at the University of Bath, working in biomechanics. I am quite neat and tidy, so i am looking for someone who is also neat and will help around the house with chores. I love boardgames and video games but spend most of my time rock climbing so I am out most weekends. I love to cook and catch up but am very accomodating when people just need to be on their own. My girlfriend is moving to Cambridge in April and from then onwards we will be alternating weekends in Cambridge and here in Bath.
