Lovely Double Bedroom to rent 💖

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in my flat on Greenway Court, Chaucer road. The flat is warm, light, and modern, situated on a quiet road in Bear Flat. The closest shop is just a 4 minute walk away and it's around a 20 minute walk into town. The flat features double glazing, gas central heating, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a bath, shared living room and kitchen, and shared gardens. I am moving to Cheltenham on the 20th of Feb, I have already paid the rent up to the end of my tenancy (The 27th) so I'm happy to offer that week as free rent. My current flatmate is lovely, tidy, and speaks fluent Polish. I'm also offering my ikea bed, mattress and wardrobe (pictured) free to anyone who wants to move in as long as you get in touch before the 10th. The tenancy is a 6 month assured tenancy to begin with and the landlord would prefer someone looking to let long term.
