Double Room in Bright and Airy House

Our lovely flatmate is moving to London so we are looking to fill their room - a partly furnished double, available from the 13th of June.

The room has built in hanging space, two built in cupboards and shelving. There’s a double bed (with mattress) there is also a small set of drawers and bedside table (not the one pictured in photo) which are available for use.

The house is a spacious 3 bedroom terrace spread over 4 floors with a bright living room, spare room/study, two bathrooms (one recently renovated) and spacious kitchen (with dishwasher!) leading out into the garden. Parking is available with a permit at an extra cost if required.

It’s a 15 minute walk from the centre of town, with Morrison’s and some lovely pubs within a 5 minute walk.

Rent is all inclusive of bills, even TV licence!

This is a easy going house, who enjoy the occasional communal dinner, deliveroo, movie night or weekend adventure.
