Looking for the new housemate to share the flat with me. Double room with build in Wardrobe. Very sunny and spacious. Parking can be possible. 10 min walk to town centre and bus stop just around the corner. All bills and cleaning materials are included in the rent. Bed and desk can be bought for £50 all together. References required. Myself I am tidy and clean person, outgoing, like to socialise, but also respect personal space.
