A quiet, tidy tenant who is willing to clean the rooms regularly (or pay for a regular cleaner), who works outside the home and is happy to remove outdoor shoes once inside the room would fit in well. The piano in the room can be played until 10 o'clock in the evening. The rooms are self-contained and the rest of the house is occupied by the owner. I am afraid the rooms are not suitable for smokers or pets.
