Double Room in Bath (£625 inc bills)

Hi,

I’m looking for a likeminded professional to rent my spare room, as my current lodger is moving for work.

I’m a 31 year old geography teacher and I teach at a school in Bristol.

I renovated the house about 3 years ago before moving in, so it’s fairly modern. It also means I like to keep it pretty clean and tidy. There’s a new kitchen and bathroom etc. I have a nice garden that’s great in the summer. There’s on street parking outside.

Locksbrook Road is in a great area. Good pubs nearby, Chelsea Road and Lidl for local shopping. It’s a 20 min walk into town along the river or a quick bus ride. It’s also right next to the start of the Bath/Bristol cycle path, which I use to get to work.

The RUH is a 10 minute walk, so the room would be ideal for anyone working at the hospital.

I’m into rugby, cycling, cooking (vegetarian), walking... the usual stuff.

Finally I have a cat. He’s called Casper. So probably not a good idea if you have allergies.
