Spacious furnished double bedroom in central Bath

I live in a three-storey Victorian terrace house in the friendly community of Widcombe, Bath.

The house is about five minutes walk to the train station, seven minutes to Southgate shopping centre and less than a minute's walk to the canal. There is a Co-op close by, as well as the local amenities of Widcombe (including pubs, a butcher's, florist, doctor's surgery, pharmacy and a fabulous coffee shop). The University is about 15 minutes away by bus (or a 25 minute power walk!).

I have a beautiful, spacious and restful double bedroom to rent on the top floor of my house. It has a desk/study area, space for a yoga mat and faces towards trees/allotments and the canal (sometimes you can see the top of a canal boat go by).

I live here by myself and work from home. I have a cleaner that visits every other week which would be no extra charge to you.
The room is fully furnished and I can include bedding and towels.

I am looking for a quiet, friendly, considerate lodger who is respectful of the house and its furnishings and is happy in their own space.

I am flexible on move dates but am only looking for a lodger for up to six months.
