Room available from 14 March

Room available in a house on Albany Road BA2 1BW from 14 March for £550 pcm including bills. There is a good sized kitchen, two bathrooms to share between three of us, a small living room, and south facing garden. I have a no smoking policy even in the garden. I am in my mid 50s and work from home. I am friendly and reasonably easy going but like a quiet life and not massively sociable. The other housemate is an undergraduate at the University of Bath studying biochemistry. She is also quiet and tidy. I am looking for a responsible, tidy person who goes out to work or to study during the day if possible. I am interested in art, gardening, films, books, the natural world, country walks. I am committed to reducing waste, recycling, organic food, trying to eat less meat etc. There is on street parking. And we have a cat.
