Room in shared flat (Bath)

Unfurnished room available in a quiet 2-bed flat near Lidl. The flat is very close to the Bath to Bristol railway path and the Two Tunnels path, making it very easy to get out and about. It has a large (furnished) living room/kitchen and parking at the back. You'd be sharing with a 2nd year PhD student who enjoys doing her own thing but also flat nights in with board games/films/cooking together. The town centre and buses to both unis are in walking distance. Starting from mid June, a 1-year contract with the option to extend, so pretty ideal for postgrads. If you're not a student you'd have to sort out council tax. (Reposting as someone had to drop out)
