I have 2 rooms available to rent in this house, I manage the property for the owner, she is currently living there with her son. The reason we only are looking for women is so we can create a comfortable space for them as many house-shares are usually male dominant.

They have both been re furnished recently and freshly painted.

Both rooms are located on the second floor of the house, there is a shared bathroom with only one tenant currently using it. The current tenant is a 25 year old woman, please note that the bathroom on the second floor is for these two bedrooms and that tenant only.

Private parking is included with a bus stop that takes you to city centre directly opposite the property. Please note that bills are calculated every month and split between all tenants.
