I’m advertising a modern, furnished double en-suite bedroom in a clean flat located in central Bath!
Myself and the current tenants are looking for someone to sublet one of the rooms in our 4 bedroom flat. Due to personal health problems, I am unable to carry on living in Bath at the moment and will be moving away unfortunately. The tenancy will start immediately till July 2021 (29th July 2021)
First and foremost, we are looking for someone who is ideally clean and tidy- it’s important for all the tenants to feel comfortable where they are living.
The property is a mixed postgraduate and undergraduate accommodation, and is currently made up of 3 males and 1 female (myself). The guys are very friendly, helpful and welcoming!
Although we all try our best to stay on top of tidying etc, the flat will come with a cleaner who comes once every fortnight to tidy all shared communal areas (kitchen and lounge). The cleaner(s) also keep our en-suite bathrooms tidy as well!
The flat is fully equipped with a modern kitchen, washing machine/tumble dryer, bathroom fans and dish washer.
There is a parking permit which will also be made available for the potential new tenant (if required).
There are two parks located by the flat. The first is a 30 second walking distance with swings etc, and the second being Victoria park which is a 10 minute walk away from the accommodation. Both are perfect for little walks, exercising or picnics.
The property is a 14 minute drive to Bath Spa University, and an 11 minute drive to Bath University. There are also buses that run directly to the universities. The city centre itself is a 15 minute walk/10 minute drive from the accommodation.
The property is located within perfect walking distance of supermarkets (Sainsbury’s, Lidl and Tesco’s), a gym (Pure Gym), restaurants, markets, bars and smaller businesses. The nearest shops (Co-Op & an Off License) are a 2 minute walk from the property.
