Tenant Wanted ASAP (Starting Aug)

Hey. I'm a student at Bath Spa University, looking for a flatmate to share the rent for the next academic year (beginning August). I'm pretty chilled and hope you're a fit for the property. The flat is located pretty central to the town, just a quick walk away- with supermarkets and other shops just down the road and a bus stop right outside. It is apart of a private building, so neighbours are mostly respectful as long as we are too. The property includes two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen/lounge area as well as parking. The flat is furnished, as I have been living there the current year, however you will need to provide your own furniture for the bedroom.
