Replacement needed for great Studio room in fantastic central student halls.

Thanks to loyalty discount, the tenancy is available at £289 rather than £295 and is for 2021/2022. It's available for July and August too, if an earlier check-in would be helpful.

Student Roost is suitable for foundation year, undergraduate, or postgraduate students only -great transport links to Bath University, Bath Spa University, and Bath College. Check their website for more details and location.

Great communal facilities including excellent laundry and social space, balanced with a decent kitchen and dining area in the studio, as well as a separate work desk space. Comfy bed and fab bathroom.

Microwave, hob, fridge/freezer, and great storage makes this a sensible pad for someone new to the city or someone who wants their own space but with the security of reputable landlord.

All bills are included, and the building's maintenance team are fantastic. Three happy years -foundation, and two undergraduate; I was happy to sign up for another year here, but it's now time for me to move onto a new city which is why I'm looking for a replacement tenant.
