2 Rooms In Student Only Central House

Both rooms are large singles. The house already has four students moving in in August 2021 and they are looking for two more housemates. The group are going into their second year. The house is in a great location, a 5 minute walk to the city centre and bottom of Bathwick Hill.
The house had a new kitchen a year ago and the whole house is well decorated, well furnished and well maintained. There are two fridge freezers, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is one bathroom with shower over the bath and one shower room.
