My flatmate and I are looking for a young professional to join our lovely flat (Unfortunately no students and no couples). We would like to share with someone who is responsible, clean, respectful and willing to do their fair amount of keeping the shared areas clean and tidy.

The room is a cosy double bedroom to rent in a 3 bed flat share, located centrally in Bath. The room is unfurnished but has a built in wardrobe.

The flat is a maisonette with the communal areas on the bottom floor with a large lounge area, a separate dining room, kitchen and a small toilet. The living areas on the upper level along with a large bathroom.

The rest of the flat is furnished including a fridge/freezer, washing machine, sofa, tables and chairs.

The room is available to rent for £330.00 per month. Not including bills. Bills are £143. This includes council tax, gas and electric, broadband and water. A deposit is required of £296.00. No agency fees required.
