Big unfurnished bedroom, close to centre

Hi all,

My house mate is moving out end of next month and I am looking to stay in the flat. The bedroom is quite large with a built in wardrobe. The room is at the back of the flat so no noise from the main road. Nice views out the back. The flat is on the top floor and looks onto the golf course. The flat is pretty central to town, probably only takes 10 minutes to walk. Great pub at the end of the road and 2 minute walk from the Royal crescent. Living room is large but will be unfurnished so ideal for someone who has furniture to add to the space. Kitchen and bathroom is pretty standard with everything you need. If anyone knows how to put the central heating on a timer then you might as well move in right away. Rent comes out on the 18th of each month and that comes to £515. Bills are roughly £150 each I think, don’t quote me on that.

Bit about me,

I’m 25 year old professional working for a drug service in Bristol. I work 9-5 M-F and occasional Saturday. Ima really laidback person and enjoy socialising but equally enjoy my own space and respect other people’s space. In my spare time I like socialising with friends and going to the pub. I enjoy having a clean and tidy flat and would like to share with someone who would respect the space we are both in.
