Medium-sized, furnished double room available in a two-bed maisonette. The property is a minute walk to the Holbourne Museum so pretty centrally located. Also right opposite a corner shop. Spacious kitchen with everything you need.


I am looking for a flatmate who is also a professional. I work from home 50% of the time and from the office for the rest of the week. I'm a pretty quiet and clean person, I'm vegan and I don't drink so I would love to find a flatmate with a similar lifestyle.


I love to cook so the kitchen is well kitted out with lots of things that you can use, we also have a very large fridge. There is also a storage room in which you are welcome to store anything.


Rent payment due before the beginning of the month. Bills are around £150 pcm.


The flat is in zone one for parking permits.


No pets or couples, sorry.
