Attic room with en-suite - great views of Bath

I am looking for a short-term lodger.
But if the arrangement worked well, I could consider extending it..

NB
- I’m afraid I cannot accommodate anyone ‘working from home’

- The room only has storage for a suitcase of clothes and a few personal possessions, so it is not suitable for anyone looking for a longer term base, or between accommodations.

This is a lovely attic bedroom with private shower room, in a quiet cul-de-sac very close to the city centre. It is cosy and peaceful with fantastic views of the Royal Crescent and the centre of Bath from the roof window.

There is a comfortable king-size bed, desk, TV, chair, drawers and hanging space.
The house is in a quiet street to the south of Bath 10 minutes walk from the station and 15 minutes walk from the City centre. Bear Flat is 5 minutes up the road, with a useful Co-op store and the lovely Alexandra Park is just beyond.
It is extremely convenient for someone working in town and using public transport.

Parking is free between 6pm and 8am. Previous lodgers have always been able to park easily after 6pm but, outside these times, you would have to find parking further afield.

Bedding and towel provided if needed.
Kitchen facilities - microwave oven, hob, fridge shelf and kitchen drawer.

Suitable for a considerate, communicative and environmentally-aware person who appreciates that this is a well-loved and well-cared for home, not just a cheap hotel substitute! The house is very quiet even though it is so close to the city centre and transport hubs.

I request proof of identity, home address and place of work and ask you to sign a lodging agreement that sets out our terms. We will need to meet up before you start lodging. Finally, I always start with a trial period of one month so that we can both see if it works for us.
