Currently looking to move out of a student house (although another house mate and I aren’t students) due to personal reasons. House has 4 rooms (three taken) and I am looking for someone to take my spot. Rent is £560 (£495 to landlord and £65 to unihomes for bills- including wifi, electricity, gas, water and tv license). Rent is due on the 10th and bills come out on the 1st of every month!
All three housemates are lovely and are really easy to get along with.
There is also a £495 deposit which will be required on signing the contract
