Double room in a great student house

This double room comes with a desk chair and draws. The house is located in a great in Southdown, Bath. It is a couple of minutes drive to Aldi, a few minutes walk from the high street in Southdown and a 25 walk into the city centre. You are also only a 2 minute walk to the closest bus stop.

The other two tenants who live there are third year bath spa students who study music.

I have attached photos of what the room looks like now just to show people that a double bed and a decent sized desk can fit in there.

The rent is £482 a month and about £60 in bills, plus council tax if you’re not a student. The rent payment is due on the 12th of each month.
