Student room available @ Charlton Court, Bath

Hi, my daughter has decided to leave Bath Spa Uni so her student room at Charlton Court is now immediately available. The room (E) is in a 5 person flat (D149) on the 1st floor of Block D and is a good size with ensuite, double bed and courtyard view.

Kitchen/diner is shared with other flat mates and there are on site leisure (TV, pool table, table tennis etc.) and laundry facilities. Secure access throughout. Located between Newton Park campus and city centre (U5 bus stop right outside, very close to Locksbrook campus, Lidl, Costa and PureGym.

Standard Unite Students accommodation fees of £170 per week and academic year tenancy agreement (i. e. until 23rd July) apply, but the starting date is completely up to you. To book a viewing please speak with the staff at Charlton Court directly - they are usually there between 8am and 8pm. I can provide their contact details.
