Flatmate wanted

Hi, my flat mate and I are looking for a new tenant to occupy one of these two rooms.

The room mentioned above is the smaller of the two rooms on offer. Bedroom is £122 per week plus £40 per water (per quarter) which makes it £1626 per quarter. The room includes a desk, a chair and small IKEA drawers. Therefore you would need to buy a bed and any further storage you would like for your clothes etc.

There is a larger room on offer if someone is willing to pay extra for the extra space and storage in the room. This room is £137 per week which makes it £1781 per quarter incl. water. We pay three months in advance so the next payment will be in March. The room contains a desk with drawers, a chair, a wardrobe and a door leading towards the balcony. However you would need to provide a bed and any further storage you want. There is also a door giving you access to the balcony.

To clarify, we are only looking for one flatmate but they can choose to take either room.

Electricity is £23 per person per month and WiFi is £7 per person per month. Water is £40 every three months however is included into the quarterly rent.

The flat includes two toilets, one bathroom with a shower. An open plan kitchen and living room with a balcony. There’s a bus stop right outside into town and off road parking.
