We are now offering our 5* rated, fully furnished and newly refurbished Airbnb on a short term let basis, for stays of up to 12 weeks:

1-4 weeks: £525/week
5-12 weeks: £425/week

We are not allowed to include the Airbnb listing here, so please message if you would like to see it.

The first 5 weeks of your stay will be payable in advance (the full stay if less than 5 weeks), along with the deposit. The remaining balance will be due at agreed intervals depending on the duration.

All bills included other than electricity, which is recorded via a smart meter and can be deducted from the deposit upon checkout.

When messaging, please include your name, the purpose of your stay, and desired start and end dates. Please also acknowledge the weekly rate you will be paying.

A newly refurbished and redecorated one bedroom flat situated minutes from beautiful Bath city centre (a 10 minute walk to the Roman Baths).

We have put a lot of thought into all the amenities you may need and what makes a place comfortable - including two smart TVs with Netflix and a double bed with new Simba mattress and luxurious bedding. Parking also available.

The flat is situated on the ground floor in a period building, with a communal entrance hallway. Due to the elevation, it enjoys views over Bath to the rear, including a view of Bath Cathedral.

A brand new bathroom has just been fitted with Grohe fixtures and a heated towel rail. Enjoy a relaxing warm bath or shower to start your day!

A new kitchen has also just been installed, with all the amenities needed to cook your own meal, including a washing machine and under-counter fridge freezer.

Modern, smart heaters will keep you toasty and the flat has secondary glazing throughout to minimise noise. Blackout curtains are fitted in both the bedroom and living room for that indulgent lie in.
