The property is a self-contained living space equipped with its own kitchen, and bathroom and also has a spare room for a small home office or storage. The property itself is attached to a 4 bedroom house with my own current tenants who are all very quiet and respectful. The only shared space is the back garden which is well kept and peaceful.

Bills are not included and calculated each month depending on usage.

The house itself is situated opposite a bus stop that takes you directly into town within 20 minutes, perfect for any central working.
