Beautiful Student Double Bed in Bath, Whiteway

I am looking for someone to replace me on my tenancy. Tenancy starts July 20th

The room is a beautiful double bed with lots of natural light and a very spacious layout. There is ample storage that includes a dresser, a chest of drawers and bedside tables. The beds are comfortable and cozy.

The shared living room downstairs comes with a TV and large comfortable sofas, and a high spec kitchen offering a range of matching base and wall units with rolled top work surfaces, built in oven, hob and extractor.

There are two shower rooms both with double shouter cubicles.

The back garden is wide and green, with outside furniture and lots of places to sit and enjoy the sun.

The house is located in a quite area just twenty minutes away from Lidl, and a two minute walk to the bus stop that hosts four different buses to get to and from town centre.

Current housemates are all students, and this is a student house. Deposit and first months rent needed but agency is flexible xx
