Hi, we are listing a room close to the city-centre, with its own bathroom.

The room is fully furnished with a chest of drawers, cupboards with rail and shelf as well as a single bed with a second pull-out bed. Please note that the bed in the photo is not staying the room. Some other bits of furniture will also be different.
It has been recently painted and is in a very good condition.

There is a shared living room, dining room and kitchen.
The house has washing machine, tumble dryer and fish washer.
There is also a small courtyard garden.
We are just a short walk into the centre of Bath - under 10 mins to the train station. We are also very close to the Bath Quays bridge which we are hoping will open soon, which will make Kingsmead Square less than 5 mins walk away.

On-street, permit parking is available for a small fee.
You would be sharing with a young professional female who is currently renting the other room in the house.

Rent excludes bills.
Rent is £675 per month. Bills are currently £175 per person per month however this is likely to increase in the next few months with increase in energy prices. Tenant will be responsible for arranging bills.
