Sunny room in family house. Bills Included+Cleaner

Hi there.

Lovely, bright room available in my family home on the northern edge of Bath.

All bills are included, there are no other costs to pay.

The room:
- Double or single bed

- There is a desk, chest of drawers and other bits and bobs you might need.

- We have 100mb broadband, great for streaming films etc.

- The curtains are blackout

- the bathroom is brand new

You are welcome to use the kitchen-diner which has been recently completely refurbished and has direct access into the garden.

There is storage space in the garage for a bike etc and the garden has stunning views of the surrounding countryside.

I have a cat, and two primary-school age children. My partner (male) visits frequently also.
I have always shared my home with flatmates and lodgers and am friendly and easy to get along with.

The house is walkable to the RUH hospital and I am happy to take references and payment from medical agencies/agency workers.
