Large Double Room to rent in lovely house

I'm looking for a lodger, I have a large double room in a three bedroom semi detached house in the “new build” part of Haycombe Drive, Bath.

The room has a king size bed, chest of drawers, build-in wardrobe, and a built in shelving unit.
Shared kitchen, living room, bathroom, downstairs toilet and garden area.
All bills included (Gas, Electric, Water, Broadband and Council Tax).

Sociable, creative and easy going, I try and keep the house tidy but there's always art projects on the go somewhere. I have a small veg patch in the garden, and a projector to watch films on the side of the house (with a fire pit and hot chocolates obviously).
I have a cat (she's very shy) so no other pets allowed and no smokers/vapers please.

There is a parking space allocated or you can park opposite the house. It's a quiet area, lovely neighbours and overlooks the city. It's a 2 minute walk to the local Co-op, take aways and a few other shops.

There are regular buses into town, or it's a 15 minute cycle ride (downhill) into town, or its about a 40 minute walk.
Would suit professional/employed as I work freelance and often work from home.
