A double room available in a lovely, spacious house with a garden 15-20 minutes walk to city centre. 5 minutes from Oldfield Park station and shops. Communal areas include open plan sitting room and dining area, kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and dryer. There is a shared bathroom. Broadband is included as is council tax and some bills. There is a pet cat.
