Double room with parking

Double room in a friendly house with myself (Live in landlord) and my female housemate who lives here in between placements.
Option to have own shower room and parking space in a quiet estate. On two bus routes with easy access into town. Less than 2 miles to the centre but 2 minute walk to local shop. A lovely garden and cosy living room.
I’m a friendly and busy person who enjoys the gym and playing netball. I’m also very social and enjoys meals out but also enjoy hosting get together and bbqs in the garden. I am an extremely clean and tidy person so would expect the same from my housemates.
