I am looking for a new tenant to replace myself from May (6/5). I have recently taken a new job offer which means that I will have to leave this flat and my lovely housemate due to relocation.

We are looking for someone who is tidy and clean, full time working and respect personal space (not loud but also up for a meal/ movie night from time to time). Preferably female and non smoker. Currently housemate, Wan Hei, is a massive foodie and loves to cook - so you know you will be well fed!

Rent (including zero deposit scheme) is £803 per month; and bills (water, utilities & council tax C) all added up around £170 per month pending on the use of electricity. Current tenancy runs till the 8th of August with the opportunity of renewing contract upon decision.
