Hello there!

I'm looking for new flatmate to take over tenancy on the second room of the 2 bed flat I currently occupy.

Located just above Julian Road, this flat is on fringes of the city centre, and an easy 10/15 minute walk to most places.

The bedroom is south-east facing so gets light through most of the day. It has an extra area which could be used as an office space/gaming area/walk-in wardrobe on top of its decent size.

The flat is beautiful, bright, spacious and has a small garden.
Most furniture is already in place in the main living area, however the bedroom will be unfurnished.

There's is a modern kitchen and bathroom, with separate shower and bathtub.

I'm an easygoing hospitality manager. I play guitar and piano (I can do both through headphones so no need to worry about noise). Due to hospitality hours I'm out a fair few evenings and most weekends, but I am sociable and would happily hang out or leave you to yourself, whichever is preferable and comfortable for you.
I do smoke, but I don't allow any smoking inside the premises, only in the garden or porch area.
There is no HMO licence in place so single occupants only.

No parking available without a permit.
