Housemate wanted

Room available in a 2 bed house, there is a patio garden and a driveway for parking. It's a 40 minute walk into town, Lidl is a short walk away, and Moorland road high street is a 15 minute walk away. There is a shared bathroom, living room and kitchen, the room itself is completely unfinished, and the rest of the house is partially furnished as my current housemate is taking the furniture she owns with her.

I'm looking for a housemate who is sociable but also enjoys having their own space. I work in Early Years education and am training as a therapist, and enjoy crafternoons and sitcoms.

Rent is £500, bills vary but normally come to around £150 a month
